ABS-LGF

長ガラス繊維強化 ABS は、ABS の熱変形温度と機械的特性を向上させ、ABS の収縮率と線膨張係数を低減します。寸法精度の高い製品を製造するために使用されます。

繊維強化ABSの一般的なガラス繊維含有量は20%～60%です。20% ～ 30% のガラス繊維を添加するのが最も一般的です。

一般に、ガラス長繊維の含有量が多いほど、材料の引張強度、曲げ強度、弾性率、剛性が向上し、熱変形温度も大​​幅に上昇します。

ただし、ガラス長繊維を添加しすぎると、材料の引張強度、曲げ強度、弾性率、剛性等が低下する。

Appearance
