PPS の用途は何ですか?

長繊維改質材料（LFT）と短繊維改質材料（SFT）は、繊維と樹脂を組み合わせて、より高い特性を持つ複合体を生み出します。ただし、この2つの材料は、製造プロセス、内部構造、外観、性能、用途などが異なります。

製造プロセス：SFTの繊維は細断されて樹脂と混合され、LFTの製造プロセスは溶融含浸です。

内部構造：SFT粒子内の繊維は短く乱雑ですが、LGF内の繊維は整然と並んで長くなっています。

外観：SFTの長さは通常3mm未満で、LFTの長さは5〜24mmです。

性能：LFTの衝撃性能はSFTより1〜3倍向上し、引張強度は50％以上向上し、機械的特性は50〜80％向上しました。

用途：LFTは、耐荷重部品や構造部品など、強度要件の高い製品に適しています。
